Home Staging Basics

There are five basic areas that need to be addressed with preparing your house to sell:

2-001

The Twin Cities metro area in Minnesota is experiencing the first snowfall of the year today. I am not ready for winter this year, and have been reflecting on the beautiful fall season we were fortunate enough to have.  It truly was magical – the trees kept their leaves longer, the colors were rich and intense, the days were warm and the evenings cool.  It is one reason why Minnesota is such a great place to live.  Now, the winters, for me…not so much!
