Consultation (Home Staging, Redesign and Move-In services):

This 2-hour in-home consultation begins with a walk-through of the exterior and interior of your home.  I will show you how to view the home objectively, with “buyers’ eyes”, as I assess your home, take notes and “before” photos.  If time permits, a quick 10-minute transformation to a room in your home will be done.  I will follow up with a written Action Plan Recap Report. 

 *A Consultation is required prior to all services with the exception of Organizing

 “DIY” Report (Home Staging, Redesign and Move-In services):

For those clients who prefer to “Do-It-Yourself”, I will provide you with an extensive, written report detailing recommended cleaning, de-cluttering and repair work.  Staging ideas and photos will be included for each room of your house, as well as the exterior space. 

Home Staging, Redesign or Move-In (Half-Day = 4 hours; Full-Day = 7 Hours):

After the Consultation, I will return to your home to put the final touches into place. By utilizing your furnishings and accessories in new and creative ways, I will transform your home into a warm and welcoming environment by adding several creative touches that will tug at buyers’ emotions. In some cases, purchasing a few, inexpensive items may be recommended to properly stage the home. 

Organizing (3 hour minimum):

I can work with you or independently to help you get your home in order. I specialize in home offices and closets and can also tackle the organizing tasks that you dread or simply do not have time for (photos, recipes, etc.). 

Shopping:

I will work within your budget to purchase the items needed for your home. You give me the cash and I give you all items with their original receipts … keep in mind that I get discounted pricing at many popular retail stores. 

As mentioned previously, I customize my services to the needs of each home and homeowner. If you require something that is not part of my standard service menu, please contact me. I am flexible and look forward to working with you to find a solution for any challenge!
