Home Staging Consultation – $197.00

This is the first step to staging your house:

  • Performing an in-home assessment (up to 2 hours)
  • Providing detailed recommendations of needed work with checklists
    • Deep cleaning
    • De-cluttering

  • Organizing assistance of cabinets and closets
  • Final assessment of your checklist
  • Six (6) hours of hands-on staging (additional time is available at $100.00/hr.)
  • Four (4) hours of shopping time for additional staging items (additional time is available at $50.00/hr.; does not include the cost of purchases)

Redesign & New Home Design Plan

  • Preliminary phone conversation to determine your wants and needs
  • In-home assessment to discuss your style and preferences (2 hours)
  • Detailed Design Plan with recommended solutions for achieving desired results*

*Note: this work can be done independently or with my assistance (additional charges apply)

Home Staging Add-on’s:

  • Home Staging Consultation Check-up (a second walk-through in the house to assess additional actions items needed – $100.00/hr.)
  • Personal shopping for cost-conscious staging items (towels, decorative pillows and throws, etc. – $50.00/hr.)
  • Packing assistance ($50.00/hr.)
  • Packing materials (be sure to pack up all of your most treasured pieces and do not leave any valuables out in plain sight)
  • Photo Styling Day (great photos are essential to your listing; if a buyer doesn’t like what they see in photos, they may choose to not walk through the front door for an on-site showing – $100.00/hr.)
  • Free estimates on vacant home staging projects

Organizing Services – $50.00/hour (minimum of 3 hours per working session):

  • Preliminary phone conversation to determine your wants and needs
  • In-home assessment and hands-on organizing help using the “5-Bin” system to work through the areas causing you stress (3 hours)

Available Services:

  • Detailed Working Plan with recommended solutions for achieving desired results
  • Packing materials (boxes, bags and wrap)
  • Personal shopping (designer discounts available through many top retail stores)
  • Removal of donated items
  • Removal of items that need to be recycled (small electronics, etc.)
  • Weekly maintenance (3 hours in home)
  • Monthly maintenance (3+ hours in home)
