During the initial 1 ½ to 2-hour in-home consultation, your needs and desired results will be discussed and a detailed assessment of the interior of your home taken. A Consultation Recap will be emailed within 48-hours of the initial consultation.
Home Staging – the general items that will be evaluated are needs regarding cleaning, de-cluttering, neutralizing, repair work and updates. The exterior of the house will also be evaluated during the consultation.
Redesign – recommendations will be given to give your existing home a new look and feel. I can assist with paint color suggestions, how to repurpose your existing furniture and accessories in creative ways, as well as ideas for new purchases to create the space you desire.
Move-In Design – if you have recently moved or are planning an upcoming move, I can assist with paint color suggestions and staging your new home for comfortable living.

Hands-on Home Staging*, Redesign or Move-In Design
After the Consultation, and the recommended needs have been addressed (cleaning, de-cluttering, etc.), I will return to your home for up to 4-hours to put the final touches into place. By utilizing your furnishings and accessories in new and creative ways, your house will be transformed into a warm and welcoming environment. Purchasing a few, inexpensive items may be recommended to achieve the desired results.
*Home Staging is marketing the house so that it appeals to the majority of potential buyers who will be viewing your house both on-line and in person. With this service, the initial focus will be on staging the key rooms: kitchen, living room, dining room and master bed/bath. Decorative accessory and artwork packages are available for a monthly rental fee.
Organizing (3 hour minimum)
I can collaborate with you or work independently on your organizing project/s. A Recap outlining recommended organizing tools for purchase and any additional work that needs to be completely will be emailed following the appointment.
I will work within your budget to purchase the items needed for your home. All of my clients qualify for my discounted pricing at many area retail stores.
