Organized Homes & Staging by Kristin, LLC, did an amazing job staging our house for selling.  Our real estate agent had a stager come in as a part of his services – this stager didn’t follow up with us, didn’t give us any written recommendations and spent about a total of 45 minutes walking through our house.  After about 2 months of being on the market, we had Kristin come in and re-stage our house.  She did an amazing job! She spent several hours going room by room offering suggestions, “dressing the room” to give us an idea of what an impact staging makes, gave us written recommendations of what to change, ideas on what accessories we could use based on items that we already had, and offered suggestions on where to shop for other items that were on sale, clearance or offered a great selection.  Within 3 weeks of Kristin staging our house – IT SOLD!!!!
