Home Staging (Staging to Sell)

$225 - CONSULTATION AND DETAILED STAGING RECAP


This is the first step to staging your house:

  • Performing an in-home assessment (90 min.)
  • Providing detailed recommendations of needed work with checklists
    • Deep cleaning
    • De-cluttering
    • Neutralizing
    • Repair work
    • Ideal updates

$400 - MINI STAGING PACKAGE (4 hours)


How do you highlight the best features of your house and get the most money for it?

- Professional home staging will showcase your house so that buyers can envision themselves living there.

  • Furniture placement that will make sense to buyers
  • Accessorizing with your decorative pieces and artwork to create a life-style that buyers will desire
  • Organizing assistance of cabinets and closets
  • 4-hours of hands-on staging
  • Final assessment of your checklists

We require that the house be cleaned prior to stager arriving to complete hands-on staging work
(Additional hours will be charged at $100/hr.)

$800 - DELUXE STAGING PACKAGE - (6 hours of staging + 4 hours of shopping)


In addition to completing the final hands-on staging, we will shop for recommended new items that will make your house stand out among the competition!

  • Furniture placement that will make sense to buyers
  • Accessorizing with your decorative pieces and artwork to create a life-style that buyers will desire
  • Organizing assistance of cabinets and closets
  • Final assessment of your checklists
  • 6-hours of hands-on staging
  • 4-hours of shopping for ideal staging items with a budget agreed on by you (new towels, décor, pillows, etc.)
    •  - NOTE: package price does not include purchased items; purchased items are yours to keep

We require that the house be cleaned prior to stager arriving to complete hands-on staging work
(Additional staging hours will be charged at $100/hr.; shopping hours at $50/hr.)

Add-On Staging Services:

  • Home Staging Consultation Check-up (a second walk-through in the house to assess additional action items; seller takes notes; up to 90 minutes) - $150
  • Personal shopping for cost-conscious staging items (towels, decorative pillows, accessories, artwork, etc.) - $50/hr.
  • Packing assistance - $50/hr.
  • Photo Styling Day (great photos are essential to your online listing; if a buyer doesn't like what they see in photos, they may choose NOT to walk through the front door for an on-site showing) - $100/hr.

Redesign/Interior Decorating (Staging to Stay)

$350 - REDESIGN AND INTERIOR DECORATING PLAN

$250 - COLOR PERFECT HOME CONSULTATION (2 hours)

  • Up to 4 rooms in the home; includes transitional spaces like entries, hallways and stairways
  • Large paint color samples for you to keep
  • Additional design ideas to enhance the space and palette we decide on

$490 - COLOR PERFECT HOME CONSULTATION (4 hours)

  • 6-step color read process that starts with your preferences and assesses your current furnishings and finishes to pick an entire color palette for walls, trim, ceilings, etc.
  • Up to 10 rooms in the home; includes transitional spaces like entries, hallways and stairways
  • Large paint color samples for you to keep

$195 - CURB THE CLUTTER Organizing Package (3 hours)


Do piles of papers, the kid's toys and books, messy closets and overflowing paperwork stress you out? It's time to get control of your space once and for all!

  • Preliminary phone conversation to determine your wants and needs
  • In-home assessment and hands-on organizing help to work through the areas of your home causing you stress
  • Detailed Working Plan with recommended solutions for achieving desired results
    • Hourly organizing help is available at $50/hr.
